This city park is the home of Russell Sims Aquatic Center and multiple sand volleyball teams—BG Parks offers a variety of Sand Volleyball Leagues. For more information, contact Athletics at (270) 393-3624.

In addition, Preston Miller Park features one outdoor basketball court, multiple concession stands, a disc golf course; 2 grills; 248 parking spaces; 2 picnic pavilions; 29 picnic tables; 2 playgrounds; 3 restrooms; 3 soccer fields; 5 structures; one swimming pool with water slides, water playground, and diving boards; 3 sand volleyball courts, and one walking trail.
